  • I’m neurodivergent / disabled — is this accessible?
    Yes — all materials are screen-friendly, not designed to be printed. You’ll get PDF, plain text, and audio formats wherever possible. The meditation uses inclusive, non-prescriptive language.
  • How do I use it without getting overwhelmed?
    Don’t do everything. Pick one thing: a single question, the meditation, or the Inner Critic Tracker. When that’s enough, stop. Come back when you have more space.
  • What if I buy it and it doesn’t help?
