- Do I need to be good at meditating?Not at all. You don’t need to empty your mind or breathe a certain way. Just show up however you are and let the words hold you.
- Is it accessible if I’m disabled or neurodivergent?It’s made with inclusion in mind — the language is gentle and non-directive, and there’s no pressure to follow instructions perfectly. It does include soft background music and ambient sound effects, so if you’re sound-sensitive, you might want to check how that feels.
- Can I use it on my phone?Yes. You’ll get a downloadable MP3 and a simple access page you can open on any screen.
